He is also the Director of the Ohio State Nisonger Center, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.
Professor Tassé's clinical interests include the diagnosis of intellectual disability (ID), the assessment and treatment of problem behaviour and psychiatric disorders in individuals with ID or Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this episode, Shruthi speaks to Prof Tassé about what intellectual disability is, who can diagnose it, the evolution of jurisprudence on Intellectual disability in the US and the challenges associated with presenting Intellectual Disability in court in the Indian context.
