Information Overload is a huge problem, especially when combined with problems like HyperNovelty and a human hardware issue. Though phrases like, ‘it’s about the journey not about the destination’, are trite. More advanced phrases and concepts like mindfulness, hedonic adaptation, and external dopamine feedback loops, are important to understand when trying to be the most successful version of yourself.
