  • There’s nuanced differences in how we approach this work. Invite the differences. 
  • Don’t give people mass information, give them prompts to get their minds thinking. 
  • You can have similarities, but always invite the differences and being challenged. 
  • The best way to shape mindsets is to spend time around that difference. 
  • VUCA is an acronym that stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity, and it's a framework used to describe the turbulent, unpredictable nature of the modern world, particularly in business and leadership contexts. The reframe is Vision, Understanding, Clarity, and Agility.
