• Change is non-linear.
• When organizations are resistant to change, there are typical indicators we see at the corporate level. When organizations become reactive, there is a lot of burnout, leaders are anxious, there is a sense of exhaustion and overwhelm across the board.
• When you’re proactive about culture change is when organizations begin to see progress.
• The goal is being strategic about culture change and it’s possible.
