9. Extend more grace to folks, we don’t know anyone’s individual situation or what commitments they have, sometimes, they just cannot speak out.
10. I always ask myself am I the best person to talk about this? Is there work I can do in other places? It might not be seen, but it will have an impact.
11. Rest instead of burn yourself out!
