What is intentional eating, anyway? It is being totally aware of what you are putting in your mouth - even if it is a whole bag of Cheetos, a sleeve of Oreos or an extra beer or glass of wine. Our mind/body connection is completely influenced by what we eat. Just watching yourself eat or drink is all you need to do.
