The Spirit is calling us back to sobriety of mind and clarity of heart. According to 1 Peter 4:7–10, this is a season to be self-controlled for prayer, to cover one another with love, and to serve faithfully with the grace God has given. Do not be pulled into distraction or imbalance. Remain steady, awake, and aligned with the will of God. This word sets the tone for the year.
