Today I sit down with Greg Buzulencia, an entrepreneur, dad, and athlete. Greg is currently training to be the first person to run the NY state section of the Appalachian Trail in under 24 hours, it's about 88 miles. With the demands of running a business, being a father, and training as an athlete, he has found that he has to be intentional about his days in order to balance the demands of life.
