Today's Episode I want to talk about intentions. And I'll be honest, we have talked about this before, probably multiple times before in the last 366 episodes of The Daily Energized. But it needs to be repeated and it needs to be said every now and again just as a reminder, because I don't know about you, but I need reminders in my life. I forget things. I keep going on and I learn new facts, new things. And my brain starts to fill up and I start changing and adapting and learning and growing.
