This Independence Day is like no other in recent history. We are facing a number of challenges that have turned the world around. There are a number of aspects of life that are at a standstill, although life goes on. Between the pandemic, social unrest, racial challenges and overall dis-ease, sheltering in place is called for and yet it is a form of isolation impacting us all.

The solution, we need to learn how to care for each other. It is that simple. We can't say that we love God and demonstrate hatred for another, that makes us liars. These times call for the only solution available, authentic love from the core of our being and that is God's love.
