The Denver Parks & Recreation Advisory Board (DPRAB) is comprised of 19 members. Five members were appointed by the Mayor, one was delegated by Denver Public Schools and the remaining thirteen were selected by city councilmembers. He also teaches as an Assistant Professor Adjunct, in the College of Architecture and Planning, University of Colorado at Denver. Amended 7-16-18 to specify that canals are included in the intended use of the special revenue monies funded by the additional sales and use taxes, and, to require that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to hold no less than one public hearing and submit a five-year plan for the approval by City Council.
