Interconnectedness is the recognition that all things are connected and interdependent. You are not separate from the world around you. This is an idea embraced by Buddhism, and Taoism, - it’s even recognized by Einstein himself. Out here in the West, we’re raised with very individualistic ideals. This can create the illusion that we’re more separate from each other, more separate from the world around us than we actually are.
