Holy moly...I was super hesitant about recording. Everybody has their days, weeks, months or year where they feel like doing absolutely nothing. Lately it has felt like that but times one hundred. This episode directs more of what goes on in my brain and what my mental health journey has been like so far. As you go on this journey into this episode it also gets steamy into my sex life and sex talk. I know right? ..steamy. I will say so far this is my most raw, unedited I have been. I like to think this is my unusual way of making it seem as if I'm sitting in front of you letting you in. Thank you.
