Cholesterol is conventionally believed to be bad, but did you know there is "good" cholesterol as well? What's more, your body MAKES cholesterol! Oh yes! These days many of us are more conscious about our health and nutrition hence, when looking to eat/cook we tend to opt for food items that have apparent labels on them such as "LOW CHOLESTEROL".
