My guest today is Laura Smith.  Laura is a teacher, administrator, wife, mom, and educational consultant.  Her aim is to build connection and community through behavioral neuroscience.  She brings up topics like neurodivergence, the formative years from 0-3, attuned parenthood, coregulation, intentionality, intergenerational growth through repair, yelling neuroplasticity, and how we are wired for two things, connection and protection.
