A neglected greenhouse becomes the site of a quiet exchange, overlooked by a city that relies on visibility to maintain control. As surveillance tightens everywhere else, the spaces left to rot become places where intent can move unseen. A watcher waits for patterns, for purpose, for someone to make a mistake. What follows is a study in patience, miscalculation, and the limits of authority when it mistakes coverage for understanding. In the gaps between cameras and crowds, decisions are made that will burn cleanly and leave very little behind.
