Interlude One: Healing
This podcast is my release. My way of venting, of saying what I want, and making it clear that this is my safe space. I’m not here to sugarcoat or water anything down. Healing is messy. It’s uncomfortable. But it’s also necessary.
Real healing means facing yourself. It’s breaking old habits that keep you stuck, and building new ones that actually push you forward. It’s letting go of the drama, the back-and-forth, the bitterness, and finding peace even when people around you try to drag you back into chaos. Healing means not giving your power away to people who don’t deserve it, and not misplacing your anger onto people who didn’t even cause it.
In this interlude, I talk about what I refuse to deal with, what I’m doing to grow, and how I keep myself motivated — for my child, for my future, and for me. I talk about the difference between being hurt and being healed, about the habits you need to let die, and the ones you need to pick up if you really want to elevate. This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being real. Healing is work. Healing is growth. And healing is a choice.
I purposely didn’t use music. Enjoy my bare 12am voice; you’re welcome!
