Ali: Hello madam, this is Ali speaking. I would like to talk to you about the house. We'd like to know more in detail about the apartment house you've found. Can we talk now?

Agent: Yes. Hello, Mr. Ali, sure, let's talk now. I think this apartment will be perfect for you.

Ali: Where is it located and what kind of apartment is it?

Agent: It's in Islamabad, near the F-10 market. It's in an apartment complex, with five apartment buildings together, and around 30-40 houses in each building.

Agent: There's a market a couple of minutes out of the complex where you can get all the basic weekly shopping.

Ali: Okay, and what facilities does the complex have?

Agent: It has good security, parks, and gardens with spaces for all ages—young and old. That’s it at the moment, but they may add a gymnasium as well.

Ali: Right. When was this place built?

Agent: Only five years ago. This is an expanding, emerging area. In a few years, there will be much more around as well.

Ali: Alright. And please tell me about the house—how many rooms and what is the size?

Agent: Yes, the size is as we discussed, according to what you wanted. There is a big living-dining room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, and two washrooms.

Agent: There is a good balcony as well.

Ali: Hello madam, mei Ali bol raha hun. Mei ghar ky baray mein baat kerna chahun ga. Jo aap nay apartment ghar dhunda hai hum uss ky baray mein mazeed tafseel say jan na chahtay hain. Kia hum abhi baat ker saktay hain?

Agent: G hello mister Ali, bilkul, abhi baat kertay hain. Meray khayal mein yeh apartment aap ky liye behtreen hai.

Ali: Yeh kahan waqia hai aur kis kisam ka apartment hai?

Agent: Yeh Islamabad mei F-10 market ky qareeb hai. Yeh aik apartment complex hai jis mei panch apartment imartein aik sath hain, aur har imarat mei taqreeban tees say chalis ghar hain.

Agent: Complex say chand mint bahir aik market hai jahan aap tamam bunyadi hafta war khareedari ker saktay hain.
