Can we stop living on auto pilot?! Asking for a friend. This has become a way to decompress and talk through stressors in our days. We are working through the issues to get to the solutions that help! 
Ive got my most important people joining me to work through our weeks. The result? We are having more days as healthy, humans who embrace growth. We are making connections with our higher power, and deciding who we get to be in this life. This is You and me living out our light filled best lives.
