One important way to keep our minds mentally strong is by maintaining a strong and healthy diet. In this episode, I talk about my view on intermitted fasting and the amount of success I’ve come across from going on this diet and not only for the physical aspect of the diet but for the mental side of things as well. Being physically active is a very important part of mental health but little do we realize the amount of food we consume also plays a big factor.
