You have to look internally. 

It's not shitty people, shitty jobs, or shitty employees. 

You have to be willing to make changes within you. 

When you do this, and you stay true to yourself through seeking constant improvement, you're going to look up and be in a different world.........a world created by your internal shift. 

It won't be enough to change the external until you start improving the internal. 

It makes all the difference in the world.
