You'll never rise higher in the world than the way you see yourself.
Change yourself into your better self by doing what is right today so that you can have what you have always wanted tomorrow! You have the power to take back your life. You hold the same power that all the other greats have held to push past the pain and discover who you are at your core. Now it will take some time to do but your best self is right around the corner and is ready to be called upon.
One of the great secrets to a world-class life is longevity.
That's right. Longevity or in other words, a great way to win in this world is don't die!
To many people are killing themselves on a day to day basis by being too lazy to do what is right for their mind, body, spirit and heart.
You see what I have learned is that you can have a great mindset and a great heartset but if your body is full of disease you won't have the life your soul truly wanted you to experience and one day you will die with a regret-filled heart rather than a fulfilled heart.
If you have cancer or battling with an autoimmune disease or any other form of disease it is going to be much more difficult to cultivate the life you truly want. If you don't have the healthset you won't have the energy to want to push yourself to become your best self.
One of the secrets to mastery is energy. Energy is even more valuable than intelligence in the world we live in right now. You can have a great product, a great business, a great relationship or life long mission but if you don't have the fire, the energy to execute over a long period of time and to get giant things done well then nothing is going to happen for you.
So the third interior empire I lovingly and respectfully challenge you to really live like a true titan or like a masterful icon is your healthset.

We hear a lot in business and in life about "mindset". Develop the mindset of a champion to get to your goals. Have the mindset of a leader to get good things done. Create the mindset of success to draw more of it into your life. I agree that your thinking determines a large portion of the results you experience. Mindset matters. But what about "heartset"?
Heartset - is your emotional life. Even with battle proofed beliefs and a world-class powerhouse of a mindset, you won't be able to truly win if your heart is full of anger, sadness, disappointment, resentment and fear.
Take a moment to think about this: How can you produce amazing work and realize astonishing results if toxic feelings are weighing you down?
It seems like everyone is talking about building healthy and undefeatable Mindset these days. You hear it everywhere. But no one's speaking of heart set.
So many of us know what we should do mentally but nothing extraordinary ever happens to many of us because our emotional life remains a complete wreck. We stay stuck in the past.
We haven't forgiven the unforgiven. We've repressed all those unhealthy emotions form all that has hurt us.
Sigmund Freud wrote that "unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and they will come forth later in uglier ways." And we then wonder why our attempts at positive thinking are not working.
What I am sharing with you today explains why so many self-improvement books don't lead to lasting evolution and why so few conferences make an enduring difference.
Our intellectual intentions are good. We really wish to become our best self but we merely get the information at the level of our mindset.
And then we sabotage our great aspirations with the residue of our broken hearts. So nothing shifts. So nothing increases. SO nothing truly transforms.
If you want to experience exponential growth and unparalleled performance you need to dial in a masterful mindset but also repair, rebuild and reinforce a winning heartset. So that all the dark and toxic emotions from your past pains are cleared out.
Released and cleansed and purified. Forever. And so your heart, once hardened, dark, and lost by life's trials and turmoil reopens in all its loving glory.

There is a massive misconception going through your achiever's mind. And that misconception is that in order for you to achieve any amount of success you must take life and everything in it seriously.
Now let’s talk about this for a quick moment.
I believe the best way for you to feel fulfilled and successful is to accept what is, let go of what wasn’t and have fun in the now. That’s true success and when we talk about the relationship we have with ourselves - the reason why we aren’t our own best friend is because how serious we take ourselves and how hard we are on ourselves.
How hard we are on ourselves will be how hard we are in our life, relationships and overall well being. Don’t take life so seriously because the moment you let go of what wasn’t, accept what is and have fun in the now is the moment you will begin to feel supported, loved and successful. Give it a try!

"Although the world is full of suffering, it's also full of the overcoming of it." - Helen Keller.
Throughout our lifetime we are bound to face head on with some type of suffering and pain. Suffering is a condition of humanity. It seems to me that no matter the culture or era we find ourselves living in, there are many stories of the enduring of great suffering.
However, many of the same tales that we have heard growing up about losing a loved one, facing depression, suicidal thoughts, and tough times along with many of them eventually comes the overcoming of the suffering, and the triumph of the person or people in that story.
While on occasion we find ourselves in the exact same tyep of circumstance or suffering, most of these stories are design to provide us with inspiration to help us in our moments of suffering.
When we have hope, we have power and when we have power we have the strength to overcome a broken heart, a lost loved one and a dark thought.
In today's episode, I am sitting down with my good friend Ben who happens to have one of these suffering stories that eventually lead to a breakthrough internally and externally.

Self-love, self-respect, self-worth... There is a reason they all start with "Self". You cannot find them in anyone else."
You cannot outsource anything that starts with the self. It's when we do that we become even more distant from who we are. And when we start with the self we can then help others get there too. We also look for love, respect and worth in others' when we must find it in ourselves first.
