1. It's time for banking to change The Hungarian Bankholding is going to unite 3 banks in Hungary. Together with this merger we are building a new digital bank. This will be something like a neo bank. We use fintech principles, as well. We want to make banking friendly to the people. This is unique solution not only in Hungary but on an international level, too. We build the bank of the future.  We are building a bank from scratch.  Greenfield project. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Huge impact on the banking sector. We bring together the best IT and the best banking professionals. We are building an agile culture. Foundation: works like a start-up within the Bankholding.  2. We do this in the framework of the Foundation Program: Customer Insight tribe: • responsible for consistent customer data, • machine learning technologies.  Daily Banking tribe: • current accounts, • payments and transactions, • card system, • core banking system, • integration.  3. State-of-the-art technology: • cloud-native core banking systems, • microservices based architecture, • native iOS and Android development based on Design system, • data-driven decision-making, • CI/CD pipeline for rapid releases. Infrastructure is based on:  • AWS (cloud computing platform) • Kafka (for handling real-time data feeds) • Kubernetes (automating deployment, scaling, and management of container applications) Coding languages and technologies that we use: • Python • JavaScript • GraphQL • Go • Kotlin • SwiftUI Tools that we use: • Docker (platform as a service (PaaS) products that use OS-level virtualization to deliver software in packages called containers) • Figma (the collaborative interface design tool) • CircleCI (helps software teams rapidly release code with confidence by automating the build, test, and deploy process) • Airtable (cloud collaboration service) • GitHub (software development and version control using Git)   4. Compensation and working model • Hybrid model: 2 days in the office and the rest from anywhere. • International candidates can do full time remote. • If you want to relocate, we can support that, as well. • If you are looking for security, you can be an employee. • You can also work for us a contractor.  5.
