International schools are microcosms of global society, but do they always champion diversity, equity, and inclusion? In this episode, we examine how structural and cultural challenges may either advance or limit DEI efforts. Drawing on a case study of “The Peace School” and others we explore how empathy, creativity, and child-centered philosophies can empower international learners as global citizens and agents of change.
