International Women's Day Guided Meditation Celebrate international women's day through this guided meditation for all womxn to help you celebrate who you are and the beauty and power of all of womxnhood. If you'd like to take this guided meditation for International Women's Day even further you can do the following journaling practice. It may seem like a harsh or difficult practice at first but it leads to a practice for transcending past pains/difficulties and moving into grace and confidence: What pain have you experienced *because* you are a womxn that you're comfortable journaling about right now? (Physical, emotional, etc. - feel free to journal out any misogynistic experience as well) Looking at that list, what about reflecting on that makes you feel strong? In what ways have you overcome those struggles? Who do you need to forgive about those past experiences from question #1? Include yourself!  As you look at the list from number 3, imagine those people as small innocent children. They only acted the way they did because of ways that they've been hurt (or even  brainwashed by society). As you look at them as if they're small innocent children, feel love in your heart towards them (including a little kid version of you). Write down: I forgive you. Where do you want to go from here? What's your vision for the future of how womxn are equal with all life on Earth. (Yes, I ask all life on Earth because it helps think of ways that inequality happens not only to humxns but to the planet herself. We have the power to envision something greater than what we were born into.) Write a blessing to all of womxnkind, and if you wish, include mother Earth. Start your sentence with: "May you be______" Write a blessing to yourself.   Express gratitude to all womxn and to yourself for doing this process, you are AMAZING being you!!!!!  Thank you for being here!!! Thank you for being YOU!!!
