To celebrate International Women's Day, Sarah Wilmore, Tess Derry and Yasmin Ryder chat to former England footballer Eniola Aluko. Eni is the director of women's football at Aston Villa, has over 100 England caps and won multiple honours for her playing careers at Chelsea and Juventus. The 34-year-old also has a first-class law degree and is the renowned author of They Don't Teach This. A pioneer of the game, she was the first female pundit on Match of the Day. Eni was also formerly involved in a high-profile racism case against the FA, and after a five-year battle, she finally received an apology from England manager Mark Sampson.
