Today is International Women's Day, a day that is celebrated on March 8 every year and is very much a focal point in the movement for women's rights. The theme this year is "Choose to Challenge", which organisers say is aimed at challenging gender bias and inequality everywhere, whether it be in government, in the workplace, in sports or in healthcare to name but a few fields.
