Welcome to the InternCLE podcast.  InternCLE is a passion project to build a community around all things internships in Cleveland, Ohio.  Annette Kramer is the Director of Operations at Vizion Solutions, a local IT Consulting firm.  In 2013, Annette left her role as a Business Intelligence developer to embark on a new HR journey and create Connect! the Vizion Solutions internship program.  Through networking with other HR professionals, she created an award winning program for Vizion. 

For the podcast, Annette will interview local HR professionals about the internships at their company, in hopes to share ideas, tips and tricks with companies looking to create or improve an internship program.  The podcast will also benefit students looking for internships in the Cleveland are, since these companies are usually looking for interns. 

While the interviews will be with local firms, the information about how to make a great internship program will be relevant far beyond Northeast Ohio.  Maybe some day there will be an InternCHI or InternNYC, you never know. 

Although this recording states that InternCLE will be published every other week, interest has been so great and I have so many interviews pending that we have decided to go to a weekly format.  Keep an eye out every Friday morning for a new episode! Thanks Cleveland for your support!
