3 pillars of the Cohen company - private company services, investment services, shared services group – Cohen hires interns in every one of these areas

Abbey has been with Cohen for 6 years.  Since she joined the company, they have expanded locations and their number of employees.  They are growing!  HR in Cleveland manages the internship program for the other locations. 

There are 2 programs – spring (busy) season and summer internship.  Cohen does hire from their internship program.  

Cohen uses a “learning buddy” to help get interns up and running.  The buddy is from their home office and answers intern questions. 

Activities include – a volunteering event (selected by the internship group in that office), partner interviews or leadership team interviews, client tours, training on what to do at a client visit.
