Elite politicians and celebirites are involved in some of the worst forms of abuse. Recently, Cardinal George Pell, a former Archbishop of Australia, is being charge for "historical" child sexual abuse, with offenses going as far as detailing his interactions with children as young as 8. On top of this, he's Pope Francis' right-hand men. This is only one example of the types of people involved in these wretched acts.
