I woke up January 1st this year certain that I was seeking more. I was looking for answers and questioning what I had already learned. I had found a place of unbalance and was in need of changes that would facilitate a path to a better me. I am grateful that I was introduced to Interrupt The Pattern and took the journey of Coaching with Jon Cheplak. The experience has forever changed my landscape. I continue on an unwavering path doing this work of which Jon is an exceptional facilitator of. I am forever grateful for the experience and look forward to serving and supporting others seeking their own changes.
