Nereida Garcia-Prado is a Educator Scholar Advocate. She has worked with and advocated for underserved gifted students for over 20 years. Nereida is currently the K-12 GATE program specialist for the Santa Ana Unified School District and board president of the Orange County Council for the Gifted.

In this podcast we discuss the challenges of identifying giftedness in underserved populations.
