Sitting down with Rich to talk about his life and growing up in a household of physical and verbal abuse. The success and failures in the Marines; tragic loss, opioid and sex addiction; his years wrestling with depression and his eventual climb from its depths after 14 years. The struggles remain but with the role of being a father, hobbies in writing, fitness, and the outdoors he slowly finds himself carving out a better path for himself.
