I humbly introduce - Bill Fenney, amazing local artist! And …incredibly sensitive?

Turns out Bill Fenney is the source of one of my bitch slaps. I was so nervous to interview Bill because I’ve only know him on the periphery and what could we possibly talk about? Of course my fears were unfounded and we went deep quick. He discusses the battle to being ok. He questions the growth of society… Have we made progress? Or is it just white guys sounding good? What does it mean to be an artist? You will hear his opinion. What does your art express about your emotional state of mind? The bitch slap moment presented to him by a teacher. Grow or go, that’s a heavy place to be. And so much more… Bill tells you what's rattling in his mind and it will make you think. Do take a listen! (Please disregard my son asking for food mid stream) (That was good stuff Bill Feeney!)
Most recently BIlls art is in the permanent collection of Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and is on exhibit in the Illuminations collection at the San Diego Art Institute.
