Ian worked with Jason Trask in Hawaii and watched Jason work his way into the Director of Training position. When Air Methods Corporation acquired some of the biggest tour operators, they recruited Jason to become the Assistant Chief Pilot of the entire corporation. In this interview, Jason shares some of his mindsets to adopt in order to succeed as an aviator.
