Today we have Olivia Tati on who is building a massive real estate portfolio while traveling to 52 countries! She started with a house hack which she turned into a short term rental and has now started her company which is partnering with investors to purchase and manage short term rentals!

We get into how she transitioned from her engineering job, how she manages her properties remotely, and all the tips she has on the real estate investing space. Olivia has a ton of energy and is super fun to talk to!
