Greene's Bio:

Martin Greene is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Sheraton Grand Chicago! Over 25 years of experience within the hospitality industry ranging from dishwasher to general manager. Within my extensive career, the largest focus has been on Human Resources acting in a Director, Generalist and Business Partner role successfully executing all levels of compensation, talent acquisition, training and development, team member relations, labor relations and risk management.

I have also been blessed with opportunities as a Hospitality instructor/SME/ Course Designer for over 15+ years. I have delivered multiple courses on multiple platforms utilized within Purdue University Calumet, LeCordon Bleu, The Chef's Academy, Harrison College and Ivy Tech University.

My Unique Skills Include but are not limited to:
