Fred is a friend from the neighborhood.  He's a great soul and lovely spirit.  Right here, living in Hollywood, working in Larchmont, an Oxford educated gentleman who blazes his own positive path pragmatism and sincerity.  I believe some people have a mindful aura even if they don't use "that vocabulary"!
