Jordan Norman, certified Fertility Awareness Method Educator & 500 hour yoga instructor. She teaches  women how to create a relationship with mind, body & spirit by living cyclically. The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) can be used to prevent pregnancy naturally, increase chances of pregnancy, or gauge overall hormone health! She uses her knowledge of FAM and yoga to help women live in tune with their cycles instead of disconnected from them.
