Dr. Bonny Norton, is a Professor and Distinguished University Scholar in the Department of Language and Literacy Education at the University of British Columbia, Canada. She spoke to us about the African Storybook initiative called Global Storybooks a digital project which digitises and makes freely available over 1,000 original stories in over 150 African languages.
