Harrow Arts Centre (HAC) is announcing its brand-new Boiler House Festival! After recent GLA (Greater London Authority) funding to convert their old, run-down Boiler House into a new black box studio, HAC are putting on their very first fringe festival which aims to provide support and opportunity to new and emerging creative companies, collectives, and artists alike.
