We recently had a chance to speak with Ian Greenblatt, the lead for JD Power's Technology, Media and Telecommunications division. He was kind enough to spend nearly an hour with us where we discuss a number of relevant mobile topics. How are surveys conducted? What do the carriers think of the awards?
