Police in Victoria say they have made more than 15 arrests over several dozen homophobic attacks that have taken place since June. They are part of a nationwide increase in assaults where teenage offenders use hookup apps to lure their victims before bashing them and filming the attacks, which are then uploaded to social media sites.
