Interview of Julianne, 24, starting and building her career in the food industry.
She enjoys learning but was always an A student.  At age of 2, her Montessori pre-school teacher struggled to create exercises  because she completed them as soon as they were created. Born 2-week prematurely, suffered Jaundice at birth Julianne Butt never let anything blocks her path to success and happiness. 
At 21 she graduated with a degree in Linguistic ana Japanese from Occidental College.  She is multilingual - conversant in English, Japanese, Mandarin and studied Spanish, French, Greek.  She understand conversational Korean language and is learning Vietnamese.
Instead of pursuing her linguistic talent, Julianne’s passion is in food and all aspects of culinary field. She worked as a Cheese Monger, could hold a deep conversation with any Craft Beer afficionados, love bread making and would cook up great meals for any event - just give her pots, stove and fire.
 
Beneath a confident, well spoken and outgoing personality, Julianne’s path to happiness is unconventional.  She chose not to don the corporate suit but prefers an apron of a kitchen Help, waiting tables.  cooking for under privilege community. She believes that food is the universal language that connects people of any ethnicity, race or religion.
