In this episode, a group of high school boys interviews Mr. Vulcano, a school counselor and clinical therapist. Topics from the most prominent tendencies of his male clients and students to the current most common problems he has observed in all his clients and students are discussed. This informative part of the interview is followed by general advice on how anybody can support anyone struggling with mental health challenges. Mr. Vulcano then describes what it is like to be in a therapy session, and that it isn't as scary as the movies make it. The episode is wrapped up with guidance on how to stay aware of your own mental health day by day.
