This summer Dr. Guinness will be speaking to groups in a number of Parliaments and, provisionally, at the United Nations during the General Assembly. His theme is that the status of Articles 18 and 19 of the UN Declaration on Human Rights and Articles 9 and 10 of the ECHR are being eroded in post-modern cultures. He proposes a Global conscience.
