Plus/Minus, is an American band formed in 2001 out of New York, NY. I first heard their 2008 album You Are Here, which I loved. Pitchfork Media gave it a stellar review at the time and compared Plus/Minus to one of my favorite bands of all time, The Dismemberment Plan.
