Selina Hinojosa is a Master Trainer and owner of LIFT by Selina. She has over 20 years of experience as a fitness professional. She is in the process of attaining a Medical Exercise Specialist Certification.

LIFT By Selina's primary goal is to carry out the services of medical exercise greatly needed in our community. When asked why she does what she does she said, ”It is my hope to help our community alleviate the burden of health conditions, bridging the gap between healthcare and fitness, through exercise.”
