Denise Bolars career comprises more than 15 years of progressive

responsibilities in the areas of training and education, personnel

management, and human resources, including recruiting college and

experienced professional employees. In her current capacity, she

manages Boeings image and relationship with external technical

affiliations such as the Black Engineer of the Year Awards. She joined

Boeing in July 2001 as manager of recruiting in St. Louis.

Charles Britt is a talented IT professional who has worked on projects

for some of the top government contractors in the U.S. A frequent

speaker on topics including the Digital Divide and developing youth to

be become future leaders, he has built a strong reputation in the

Washington, D.C., area as a motivator who loves to help others

succeed. He recently founded 21st Century Leaders, a company that

provides workshops and seminars on leadership and career development,

motivational speaking, and mentoring.

Jananda Hill

Staff Engineer

Northrop Grumman Corporation

Jananda Hill, a 2004 Black Engineer of the Year Most Promising

Engineer, did her undergraduate work at MIT in computer science and

engineering. She worked at Lucent Technologies as an embedded software

engineer for optical networking equipment before completing her M.Sc.

in computer science at Stanford University. She now is a software

manager in the Space Technology sector of Northrop Grumman in Los

Angeles. Her volunteer activities include teaching math and SAT

classes at an academic enrichment program for minorities.
