Following on from our theme of 'unsung heroes of film/TV' we talk to casting director Sophie Holland.

Sophie has recently cast Netflix series 'The Witcher' and Kristian, Caley and Mel went along to interview her about the role of a casting director.

We then all talk about casting, looking at Caley's experience as a casting director and Mel's experience on the other side, as an actor.
